Our long-term goal is to launch the Restore Rucks Rising Star Program, a creator driven initiative where members may have the opportunity to earn sponsored access to industry education such as IICRC, RIA, NADCA, NORMI, and more, by sharing their journey and helping leave a legacy for others to learn from.

MY PROFESSIONAL MISSION

My mission is to elevate the restoration industry into a recognized profession.

To help establish a career path that creates dignity, opportunity, and long-term growth for people, especially for you who has been overlooked, undertrained, and overworked.

I serve restorers by teaching them how to think, how to act, how to work safely, and how to build resilience instead of surviving in chaos.

I serve companies by bringing mission, structure and education that protect workers, customers, and the long-term value of the business.

I serve the industry by participating in the RIA and IICRC, helping evolve standards, ethics, and the next generation of restoration toward better outcome.

This is my purpose.
